Corporate Philosophy

Housing International is committed to a sustainable future:

  • Use of steel conserves our national resources: Wood and other materials are replaced with recycled products, adding to the labor saving denominator of automated technology. 100% recyclable, steel is the highest streght-to-weight ratio of any building material.
  • Highest standard of building quality: Steel frames, fiber cement siding & recycled component materials (hardiboard & hardiplank) reducing damage in earthquake and hurricane prone regions. Structures are more fire-and-disaster-resistant as steel is non-combustible and dimensionally stable. Steel can't harbor fungi or termites and conforms to the emerging ecological building codes set for 2020 by Green Country leaders.
  • Assembly: Efficient/effective labor and cost use. Also minimizes building inspector time due to in-factory production and Q C measures.
